Pet care that happens at home.
Every pet has its own personality, so we don't hand out one-size-fits-all care. True Companion visits your dogs and cats in the place they already feel safe — their own home — and keeps them on the routine they know while you're away.

Pet Sitting
Regular visits at your home while you travel — food, fresh water, play, and medication if needed, on your pet's normal schedule. We'll also grab the mail, rotate lights, and roll the trash can out.
Midday Dog Walking
A potty break and a real walk in the middle of your workday — exercise, sniffing, and a little relief from boredom, so you're not racing traffic on your lunch hour.
Pit Stop
A short, simple check-in for pets with lighter needs — a quick look-in, a potty break, a bowl topped off. Good fit for small or low-maintenance pets.
Overnight
An overnight stay — we tuck everyone in around 9–10pm, sleep over, and cover morning duties. Limited during peak seasons, so book early.
Pet Taxi
A ride to the vet if something feels off and you're stuck at work, or a drop-off and pickup for grooming day. Your freshly groomed pet, waiting at the door when you get home.
And More...
Yard cleanup, medication schedules, plant watering, or something in between — if it's care your pet or home needs while you're away, ask us. Chances are we've already got a way to help.
Four windows, built around your pet's clock
We break the day into four visit windows. If your pet runs on a different schedule, just tell us — we'll build the route around them.

After 8:30 pmWhen you travel — dogs
Most dogs do best with three visits a day: morning, dinner, and bed. Some are fine with two once we get to know their routine, and we're glad to do four daily visits if that's what your pet needs.
When you travel — cats
One visit a day is the usual rhythm for cats — enough to keep food, water, litter, and company on schedule without disrupting their independence.
Centered on Peachtree City, about a 10-mile reach

Trusted with the pets people call their kids
After trying daycare centers that never felt quite right, a last-minute trip pushed our client to try in-home sitting instead. Three dogs later — including one with diabetes who needs extra care — she says she can now travel without a single worry, knowing Gwen will meet every need.
A four-day trip to Tampa came with the usual pre-vacation nerves — until Gwen set their minds at ease before they'd even landed. Four pets, four days and nights, zero worry. They've said it plainly: this is their go-to from here on out.
Gwen Martin, and the sitters she's built around her
True Companion is run with a simple belief: not every pet is built for a kennel run. Some just need someone who shows up, learns their quirks, and treats their home like it matters — because it does. Gwen leads a small, background-checked team of local sitters, matched to clients based on the specific needs of each household's pets, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
Let's meet you and your pets.
Text or email to talk through your pets' needs — we'll set up a free meet-and-greet before your first booking.
